Exchange & Upgrade Option:

Exchanges or upgrades are only applicable within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all accompanying certificates and documentation.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Upon receiving the RA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us, including the RA number on the package.

Please note that extra fees may apply for exchanging orders. Any applicable fees will be communicated to you before the exchange is finalized.

If you wish to upgrade your purchase, you may do so within the 30-day exchange period by paying the price difference between the original item and the upgraded item, along with any applicable taxes and fees.he upgrade option is subject to the availability of the desired item.
